All major credit cards are accepted (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Google Pay. Payment is processed securely using Square and credit card information is encrypted. SSL further ensures safeguarding of sensitive data, preventing unauthorized parties from obtaining such information.
Order processing and shipping
Orders will be shipped within 2 days after receiving confirmation of your purchase. Please consider this time frame in addition to shipping estimates.
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders within Canada. Expected arrival of your order is approximately 7 to 10 business days (likely shorter if shipping is within the province of British Columbia. Express shipping (arrival within 3 business days) is possible at an additional cost of CAD 15 per order. Please choose this option at the checkout if desired.
Shipping to the US will cost CAD 15 per order. Expected package arrival is approximately 10 business days. For expedited shipping, please contact us at explore@sisi-sote.com for more details.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you’ve placed an order and would like to cancel it, you may do so if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just shoot us an e-mail at explore@sisi-sote.com and you’ll receive a full refund.
If your order has been shipped, it is a final sale. However, we want you to be happy with your new jewelry! Shoot us an e-mail at explore@sisi-sote.com if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
